UCH Ecosystem Overview

Welcome to the official documentation for the UCH Food & Beverage Management Ecosystem.

UCH is a comprehensive suite of tools built specifically for modern restaurants, cafes, and hospitality businesses. Unlike traditional cloud-only systems that go down when your internet cuts out, UCH is designed with an offline-first, on-premise architecture while seamlessly syncing to the cloud when connected.

System Components

Our ecosystem consists of three main components working in perfect harmony:

1. On-Premise Desktop POS

The heart of your restaurant. Runs 100% locally on your computer. Your data stays on your machine, ensuring maximum security and zero downtime even if the internet goes out.

2. Cloud CRM Platform

The central brain for multi-branch management. When your local POS is connected to the internet, it syncs securely to the Cloud CRM, allowing you to view analytics from anywhere in the world.

3. Mobile Waiter App

Empower your staff. Waiters can take orders directly at the table using any smartphone or tablet. Orders are instantly beamed to the kitchen and the main POS over your local WiFi.
